Captain Mamour was my boyfriend's idea. Well, name-wise.
I found that name so cute that I needed to put it on paper, and it took quite a few sketches of different things from a cookie to a man in a diaper, to get to this little fella!

I'm not sure what power he has, but he is still bloody cute! Perhaps a Kamehameha in an Happy Ray form?
